  • 1 dash tropic fruits syrup Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a little trapdoor spider (mygale in french) hidden between banana slices !

    Sparkling Lady $$

  • 1 measure bourbon
  • 2/3 measure field strawberry liqueur
  • 1/3 measure Cointreau (for the men) or crème de banane (for the ladies) Shake, strain into a cup and top up with Champagne. Decorate with a strawberry and a pineapple croissant.

    Succubus' embrace $

    Pour in a mixer (with crushed ice) :

  • 1 measure field strawberry liqueur
  • 1 measure Amaretto
  • 1 measure banana nectar
  • 2 or 3 soup spoons vanilla icecream Mix then strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a strawberry and a banana slice spitted.

    Once you have drunk it, a succubus will come every night to haunt you and to steal a little bit of your breath.

  • 1 dash mint syrup
  • 1 dash almond extract Shake strong and quick, then strain into a cocktail glass frosted with lime, filled with crushed ice and garnished with a mint leaf.

    Condom Delirium $$

  • 1 measure armagnac
  • 1 measure Noilly Prat
  • 2 measures pear/grapefruit/apple nectar
  • 1 dash strawberry syrup Shake and strain into a brandy snifter.

    As you surely know, Condom is little town in Gers. What you may not know, is that during spring an orgiac fiesta happens there, lasting a whole weekend. During this feast, some music bands (called "Bandas y penas") walk thru the town, playing good old spanish music tunes, and the beverage (Ricard, Whisky, Sangria, ...) pours in abundance !
    But be careful, don't fall asleep in a street corner, 'cause once it is 4 a.m., the firemen come and take into shafts all the "corpses" that fill the streets !

  • 1 measure vodka, in which a few tangerines' zests will have pickled for at least two days
  • 1/2 measure field strawberry liqueur
  • 1/4 measure Martini bianco Shake and strain into a cocktail glass frosted with tangerine, garnished with a strawberry and a lemon slice.

    Prepare as a pousse-café (respect the ingredients order and use the back of a coffee spoon to pour them delicately if needed) :

  • 1/2 measure crème de mûre
  • 2/3 measure green crème de menthe (Get 27)
  • 3/4 measure blue curaçao
  • 1 measure bison vodka Add delicately 4 or 5 coffee spoons of crushed ice and serve without mixing with a straw.

  • 3 drops red Tabasco Shake energetically, strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with a pinch of pimentoes powder above the middle of the glass.

    The volcano is awakening... the heat and the vapours begin to rise.

  • 1 measure 1/2 Mei Kuei Lu Chiew
  • 1/2 measure Bénédictine
  • 3/4 measure tomato juice
  • 1 coffee spoon pimentoes powder
  • 1/2 coffee spoon black pepper powder
  • 5 drops red Tabasco Shake energetically, strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper powder above the middle of the glass.

    The volcano is erupting... and you burn inside.

    Sangria sunset or $$

    Pour into a punchbowl :

  • 100 cl tequila
  • 250 cl spanish red wine
  • 125 cl orange juice
  • 10 cl red fruit liqueur (strawberry, raspberry,...)
  • 10 cl lemon juice
  • 10 cl grenadine Garnish the punchbowl with oranges and lemons slices, apples and peachs chunks. Put in the fridge 24 hours and serve chilled.

    This punch is for about ten persons.
    It also can be served as a cocktail : you only have to divide all measures by 20, pour in a long drink filled with ice cubes and little apple and peach chunks, and serve with a straw.

    Boris Fantasy, part I : Red Dragon or $

  • 1/2 measure crème de mûre
  • 2/3 measure crème de framboise

  • 2 dashes lemon juice Add at last 2 or 3 soup spoons crushed ice and serve with a lemon slice on the horseback of the glass' edge, a straw and two blending sticks face to face : one representing a siren and the other a dragon.
    Long Drink version (less sweet and different visual effect) :
    Fill the half of a long drink with crushed ice and add in the order :
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • orange juice untill the 3/4 of the glass
  • 1/2 measure crème de mûre
  • 2/3 measure crème de framboise
  • 3/4 measure strawberry liqueur The ornament stays the same.

  • 2 or 3 dashes lime juice

    Long drink version : finish with Guaraná Convencão (lemonade flavoured with "guarana", sort of liana of Brasil).

    Dedicated to the fertile and delirious imagination of Terry Gilliam, hoping that his hallucinating universes "like Brazil" will never become real.

    One "more Slav" version: Replace the cherry-brandy and the cherry syrup with 1/3 measure crème de rose.

    Pour in a cocktail glass :

  • 1/4 measure almond syrup
  • 1/3 measure violet liqueur
  • 1/2 measure Lérina
  • 2/3 measure Ricard Prepare as a pousse-café, slowly pouring (you may use a coffee spoon for help) the ingredients in the order above. Add then a few spoonfuls of crushed ice until filling the glass. Serve with a little straw.

    You may use green Izarra as a substitute for Lérina.

  • 1 coffee spoon ginger powder Shake, strain into a highball and then finish with ginger ale. Serve with one lime slice on horseback of the glass' edge.

  • 2/3 measure white crème de pêche
  • 1/2 measure Cointreau
  • 1/3 measure lime juice Shake and strain into a cocktail glass frosted with lime and filled to the 2/3 with crushed ice. Decorate with one lime slice on horseback of the glass' edge.

    Another interesting version consists in replacing the crème de pêche and the Cointreau with 2/3 measure spanish melon liqueur.

  • 1 measure 1/2 Strong Vodka Herbs "Ziolowa Mocna"
  • 1/3 measure melon liqueur
  • 2 dashes lime juice
  • 7 or 8 drops green Tabasco Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Drop one little gherkin at the bottom of the glass.

    Created at Merlin's home, the famous evening when, inspired and courageous, he created the vieux pied ("old foot")... a must to taste !
