Pour in a shaker (with ice) :

  • 1 measure tequila
  • 1/2 measure Maraschino
  • 1/4 measure passion fruit nectar
  • 1 dash lime juice
  • 4 drops red Tabasco
  • 2 pinches pili-pili (pimentoes powder) Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Drop one little pimento at the bottom of the glass.

    Dedicated to all the women, when love makes them yet more piquant, mordant and red hot.

    Pour very slowly and in the order into a large cocktail glass filled with big icecubes :

  • 1/4 measure grenadine
  • 1/2 measure Pisang Ambon
  • 3/4 measure tequila Serve with a blending stick.

    Pour into a mixer or a shaker (with crushed ice) :

  • 1 measure Metaxa
  • 1/2 measure crème de rose "Sans Rival"
  • 1 measure 1/4 pear nectar
  • 1 tea spoonful honey
  • 2 or 3 tea spoonfuls fig jam Mix or shake very energetically and strain into a cocktail glass frosted with creme de rose and honey.

    Pour into a shaker (with ice) :

  • 1 measure Cap Corse
  • 1/2 measure white rum
  • 1/2 measure coconut liqueur
  • 1 measure 1/2 tropical fruits juice
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dash almond syrup Shake and strain into a highball. Decorate with a kebab garnished with exotic fruits chunks.

    Pour into a highball (with ice) :

  • 1 measure 1/2 white rum
  • 3/4 measure cognac
  • 1 measure coconut liqueur
  • Finish with fresh milk Mix, add 2 dashes grenadine and serve with a blending stick.

    Perfect the days you feel down, or before having a delirious notche with the droogs.

    1) Cold version:
    Pour into a mixer or a shaker (with ice or crushed ice) :

  • 1/4 measure cognac
  • 1/2 measure coconut liqueur
  • 1 measure chestnut liqueur
  • 2 coffee spoonfuls honey
  • 2 thin slices cutted in very little chunks goat cheese Mix or shake very energetically and strain into a cocktail glass.

    2) Hot version:
    Pour the ingredients above into a saucepan and heat them slowly, mixing them to have the cheese and the honey melt.

  • 1 measure white rum
  • 1/2 measure cognac
  • 3/4 measure tangerine liqueur
  • 1/4 measure coconut liqueur
  • 2 measures tropical fruits juice
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dash almond syrup Shake and strain into a highball. Decorate with a lemon zest (shaped like a scorpio if you are as strong as Merlin).

    Inspired by the famous original recipe of the scorpio and dedicated to myself first (as i was born in october, the 29th, 1970) and to all the natives under that "piquant" sign.

    Pour into a shaker (with ice) :

  • 1 measure grappa
  • 2/3 measure tangerine liqueur
  • 1 measure 1/3 pear nectar
  • 1 dash cherry syrup Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a kebab garnished with little chunks of pear, a tangerine slice and a crystallised cherry.

  • 1 measure Shochu Kho
  • 3/4 measure Pisang Ambon
  • 1/2 measure tangerine liqueur
  • 1/4 measure Soho
  • 2 dashes lime juice
  • 1 coffee spoonful ginger powder Shake and strain into a cocktail glass frosted with Pisang Ambon and ginger.

    You may add 1 measure mango/passion nectar to soften it.
    This cocktail follows Merlin's Bébert pissant one and tells the end of Bébert's journey.

  • 1/2 coffee spoonful Sharwood's Indian Tandoori Mixture
  • 1 coffee spoonful curry sauce Shake energetically and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with a pinch of Sharwood's Indian Tandoori Mixture.

    Fill to the 3/4 a long drink with ice and chilled vodka, then shade slowly:

  • 1 long dash blue curaçao along one glass' edge (the North)
  • 1 long dash Get 27 along the diametrically opposite edge (the South)
  • 2 dashes crème de cassis along the glass'edge located 90 degrees left (the West)
  • 3 dashes batida de coco along the diametrically opposite edge (the East) Serve as it is.

    If you succeed in realising perfectly this cocktail, maybe you will be able, after having drunk it, to invoke the Great Ancient who lies under the abyss, one of the gods of the scaring mythology created by Howard Phillips Lovecraft, for who this cocktail is dedicated. But beware of the terrifying and recurrent nightmares you will surely make after...

  • 1/2 measure white peach liqueur
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 measures pear nectar Add 1 dash grenadine, then more slowly 1 dash blue curaçao and yet more slowly 1 dash Pisang Ambon.
    Decorate with 2 blending sticks face to face: one with a Scorpio's effigy, the other with a Phoenix's effigy.

    Evocation of the self-destruction of the Scorpio followed by its rebirth under the shape of a Phoenix...
